Rovr is a mobile web app that helps you find bars and nightlife, view promotions shown by venues, check in, track your route and share a recap with friends. By creating an account or using Rovr you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree with them, please stop using the app.
Rovr is intended for people who are of legal drinking age in the place where they use it. You are responsible for following local laws about alcohol, venue entry and public behaviour.
You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Venue names, addresses, photos, ratings and opening hours come from third-party sources such as Google Maps. Promotions, events and live details are supplied by venues or third parties and can change or end without notice.
Rovr does not run the venues and cannot guarantee that a listing, deal, price, event or opening time is current or that a venue will honour it. Always confirm with the venue.
Tracking a night uses your device location to record the route between the places you check in to. Tracking only runs when you start a night, and you can stop it at any time.
Location accuracy depends on your device and network, so distances, walking routes and times shown in a recap are estimates.
You keep ownership of the check-ins, photos, notes and night recaps you create. By sharing them in Rovr you allow us to store and display them so the features you use can work, including showing a recap to the people you share it with.
Do not upload content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that you do not have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the app, interfere with other people's accounts, or use Rovr to encourage unsafe or illegal drinking.
Rovr is provided as it is. Features may change, pause or be removed, and the service can be unavailable at times. We may update these terms; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new version.
You can stop using Rovr and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, Rovr is not liable for what happens at a venue, for third-party information shown in the app, or for indirect loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot legally be limited.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@joinrovr.com.
